At nest615, we believe that our community is important. As a result of wanting to contribute to the livelihood of our community, we offer pre listing consultations to make sure that we are the right fit together. The seller is responsible to pay the buyer’s agent commission and the photography fee. Our listing package is outlined below.
Our Listing Package Includes:
Consultation
One-on-one consultation with you to discuss market strategy. During our consultation, we will provide you with market research to help you make informed decisions on listing your home;
Marketing
We pre-market your home to our network of over 3,000 local Realtors, buyers and investors;
We market your home on social media and market to local neighborhood and real estate Facebook groups;
We send e-marketing campaigns to our clients and prospective clients;
We put our yard sign and lockbox on your property;
We host an Open House the first week that your home is listed (2 total, if needed);
Photography
We connect you to local photography partners to take photos of your home (you pay the photographer);
Simple Showings
We use a full-service appointment management service called Centralized Showing Service that streamlines the process for you, gives you control with appointments, and direct feedback from potential buyers;
Syndication
We enter your information into Realtracs Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") which populates to the real estate marketing websites (i.e., Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, Redfin, and countless other websites);
Negotiation
We make sure all paperwork complies with Federal and State laws;
We help you think through strategy and negotiations, from the initial contract all the way to closing.
